Shipping and Delivery


Yodgee online currently offers FREE DELIVERY on purchases over a $100 australia wide.
We use secure delivery (Registered Post) via Australia Post which requires a signature on delivery or
you will need to pick them up at Post Office. Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot leave insured goods at the door.

We suggest you provide your daytime delivery address when you make your order to ensure the safe arrival
of your delivery,
as Yodgee Footwear does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen goods once Australia Post
notifies us that your parcel has been delivered.

Estimated delivery times dependent on your location:

Metropolitan areas: 3-5 working days
Regional areas: 5-7 days after dispatch

Presently Yodgee only offers online delivery to Australia and New Zealand. We endeaour to offer
online international services in the coming future.

To do an international purchase send your order request to info@yodgee.com.au with your delivery address
and we’ll email you back with the shipping  cost to get your order deliver to your location.
If you’re happy with the price, we will then send you an invoice using Paypal or request your credit card
information to process the order.

Return Policy

Yodgee online store is happy to offer exchanges or refunds on items purchased within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Items returned must be in their original condition and packaging with all appropriate labels and tags attached and your receipt included.

send us an email to info@yodgee.com.au and we’ll provide you with our return postage address.

Yodgee will not incur the postage fee of returned goods, this is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until we receive your goods,
so you may wish to use a postal service or courier with a tracking option to ensure your item has been delivered.
